Dem Pathos der Weltflucht, der Fahrt in die große monotone Leere, werden gemächliche Kamerafahrten durch die kleine, eher pathosfreie Monotonie von Warteräumen gegenübergestellt.
While the electro-folksong “roadtruckers” by Folklabor revolves around the search for freedom “on the road”, the video shows animated waiting rooms. The pathos of escape from the world, the journey into a great monotonous empty space, are contrasted with leisurely camera pans through the small, pathos-free monotony of waiting rooms.
