Wotruba
WOTRUBA beschäftigt sich mit der gleichnamigen Kirche in Wien. Mit einem Fotoapparat wurden Bilder geschossen und das „Bild für Bild“-Verfahren, wie auch in der Animation verwendet, hat eine Verdichtung von Zeit zur Folge. Die Handkamera bewegt sich in virtuellen Kamerafahrten durch und um das Gebäude, um es filmisch erfahrbar zu machen.
WOTRUBA deals with the church of the same name in Vienna. Pictures were taken with a camera, and the “picture by picture” procedure, as it is also used in animation, results in a condensation of time. The hand camera moves in virtual tracking shots through and around the building, so that it can be filmically experienced.
