A Night in Tokoriki
In an improvised night club called Tokoriki the whole village celebrates Geanina’s eighteenth birthday. Her boyfriend and her colleague Alin will give her a most surprising gift, one that nobody will ever forget.
Director's Biography
ROXANA STROE, born in 1991, studied film directing at the National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest. A Night in Tokoriki won the Special Prize – Generation 14plus at the Berlin International Film Festival 2016 and was part of the Future Frames selection at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival 2016. // Films (selection): O noapte în Tokoriki (A Night in Tokoriki, 2016, short)
