Lucy

Maggy, 18, has just become a mother. Together with her daughter, she is still living at her mother‘s place. When she meets Gordon, age 25, she plunges into a new lifestyle, which she hopes will solve her former conflicts. Theoretically, they could imagine a wilder life. Instead, Maggy and Gordon are constantly trying to imitate something they think must make them happy. There are many examples: eating ice cream, barbecuing on the balcony, and buying a washing machine. These can be moments of happiness, but Maggy and Gordon are also pretending to be grown-ups. They are briefly happy in this game, but then the game is over. (Henner Winckler)
