La Cité

The eight-minute short film LA CITÉ revolves around a housing development built in 1957 by the French army in the immediate vicinity of the airport Berlin Tegel. Unused and neglected for over two decades, the derelict development faces an uncertain future. Along a narrative in between document and fiction, oral history and urban myth, LA CITÉ reflects on the mutability of the significance of space. (Lotte Schreiber)
