What does it mean to be in speed? Where is this in-between, this land of the frantic standstill? The race for the faster image is omnipresent in the media and is run every day on every channel. In Land der Geschwindigkeit two identical image sequences run a race – and challenge the eye of the viewer to focus on this in-between. (Norbert Tomasi)
