An unusual documentary portrait of the musical genius Lee "Scratch" Perry; a producer, mixologist, and songwriter, who brought Bob Marley to international attention; co-invented and helped shape the sound of dub and made reggae music such a powerful part of the pop music world. Lee "Scratch" Perry shares with us some of his most intimate thoughts and ruminations on the world at large; we also see him performing in most unusual environments.
