The Drifter
Greta: 40, an architect, mother of a 12-year-old son, separated from her husband, recently unemployed. She starts working in a call center but gets fired again soon after. She does everything in her power to keep hanging in there, starts drinking and drifts through the city, torn between conformity and dissent. Snapshots of a woman‘s fragile contemporary life (at work). A flexible woman, an All-Around Reduced Personality.
Director's Biography
Tatjana Turanskyj, geb. 1966 in Hannover. Sie studierte Literatur- und Theaterwissenschaft sowie Soziologie in Frankfurt am Main und wirkte als Darstellerin in Inszenierungen von Einar Schleef mit. Seit 1998 arbeitet Turanskyj im Video-, Film- und Performancebereich. 2001 Gründung des Filmkollektives hangover ltd. Eine flexible Frau ist ihr erster Spielfilm.
