Rootsnine ist eine apokalyptische, halluzinatorische, alptraumhafte und doch lebendige und hochästhetische Geisterbahnfahrt des Monkeymen-Kollektivs. Obwohl kein narrativer Film, gibt es einen starken Zusammenhang der Bilder, der Raum für Interpretationen lässt, ohne beliebig zu werden.

Rootsnine is an apocalyptic, hallucinatory, nightmarish yet vivid and highly aesthetic ride bundled and welded by the Monkeymen Collective. Though it‘s not a narrative short, there is a strong coherence and a lot of room for interpretation without being arbitrary.
