This year's CROSSING EUROPE festival program presents 148 feature films and documentaries from 34 countries, with highlights from this year’s festival season, films by innovative European filmmakers and also regional works.

The 19th CROSSING EUROPE Film Festival Linz continues the concept of presenting ambitious European film and creating a possibility for the direct exchange with filmmakers from all over Europe. CROSSING EUROPE 2022 will take place as an in-person event from 27 April to 2 May 2022, and will transform the inner city of Linz into the vibrant center of the festival once more. Under the title CROSSING EUROPE@Home, there will also be festival elements to experience at home.

It goes without saying that all sections of the program will take place in adherence to the safety measures concerning the Covid-19 pandemic in place at the time.
