Supersummativ
Supersummativ is a film about the added value of networking artistic and individual positions and making a diversity of working methods, interests and experiences visible, but without seeking to determine an order or draw conclusions. 39 positions from the field of art become visible and audible in this film. The participating artists were visited in their working spaces over a period of three years. First to talk, then later to shoot the film together.
Director's Biography
GERHARD BRANDL, geb. 1958, lebt und arbeitet in Linz. Konzeptionelle Arbeiten im Bereich Malerei und Grafik. Ausstellungen im In- und Ausland. Kurator.
CLAUDIA DWORSCHAK, geb. 1963, lebt und arbeitet in Linz. Kultur- und Medienarbeiterin. Schwerpunkte: Video- und Performancekunst. Künstlerinnenkollektiv freundinnen der kunst.
BEATE RATHMAYR, geb. 1969, lebt und arbeitet in Linz, Studium an der Kunstuniversität Linz und der Hogeschool Rotterdam. Arbeitsschwerpunkt: konzeptuelle Fotografie, Video und Installation, kuratorische Tätigkeit.
