HELLwach - Hommage an Bodo Hell

AWAKE - Hommage to Bodo Hell

AWAKE - HOMMAGE TO BODO HELL is a film filled with Austrian attitude to life about the writer, performer, and alpine diaryman Bodo Hell and how he drew inspiration from the world. The film follows him during the years before his disappearance at Mount Dachstein in August 2024 and sees him put his artistic relationship with language at the center of his existence. It is a female look, warm-hearted and with a big sense of humor and profundity, at one of the most important avant-gardists of our time.
