Jenseits der Erinnerung. Schattenseiten Gallneukirchen 1938 bis 1945

A tranquil market town with two churches, with a great religious tradition, rich in history and prosperous, and home to a widely-known charitable organization. But to this day, there exists a blind spot in memories from the Gusental valley: the years of the Nazi era. Historian Michael John and filmmaker Bernhard Braunstein set out on a search for clues in the Mühlviertel region between Linz and Mauthausen, in the idyllic market town of Gallneukirchen. A journey through time, beginning in the 1930s and, via 1945, leading to the present day.
